Please note, any use of this website or purchase made through this website constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions detailed below which shall override any other terms and conditions. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Product Information
All our watches are fully guaranteed for 1 or 2 years and come with an international manufacturer's warranty.
Online Shopping
We have taken care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. The images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
Orders
Once you have completed an online or telephone purchase, you will be sent an email confirming the order details and our acceptance of your order. At that point a binding agreement will exist between us under these terms and conditions. We will take payment for your order immediately and goods will not be despatched until receipt of payment. Unfortunately we cannot accept orders from persons under the age of 18.
International Orders
Items purchased within the EU: All items purchased from countries within the EU will be subject to the UK VAT rate of 20%. There will not be any import taxes to pay on items shipped within the EU.
Items purchased outside of the EU: There are two options if you are based outside of the EU and wish to purchase an item:
Option 1. You can purchase an item through our Duty Free Store: All items purchased from countries outside of the EU are VAT exempt. This will automatically be calculated upon checkout. Please be aware if you are importing this watch into a country outside of the EU, you will have to pay the relevant VAT rate and import duties and taxes for your country upon import into your country.
Option 2: You can purchase an item from our Duty Paid Store: This store is priced in US Dollars and the prices you see are the final prices for purchasing these watches and importing them into any country outside of the European Union.
Delivery Information
At UnusualWatches.com, we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. The Falk Company Ltd. shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
UK Shipping: UK Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delivery times are normally 1-2 working days.
International Shipping: International orders are shipped via Fedex or Royal Mail Airsure. Delivery times are normally between 2-6 working days.
Watches are fully covered by ourselves during shipping.
Prices and Payment
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
All credit and debit card transactions are securely processed by Barclaycard Merchant Services ePDQ or PayPal. The Name that will appear on your statement is 'The Falk Company Ltd.'
