At Unusual Watches , we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. The Falk Company Ltd. shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
UK Orders:
Free Express Shipping - Delivery 1-2 working days. Royal Mail.
International orders:
Shipping outside of the UK: We are currently offering FREE international shipping.
2-6 Working Days FedEx or Royal Mail AirSure.
Watches are fully covered by ourselves during shipping.
International Orders
Items purchased within the EU: All items purchased from countries within the EU will be subject to the UK VAT rate of 20.0%. The VAT is included in the purchase price. There will not be any additional import taxes to pay on items shipped within the EU.
Items purchased from outside of the EU:
There are two options if you are based outside of the EU and wish to purchase an item:
Option 1. You can purchase an item through our Duty Free Store: All items purchased from countries outside of the EU are VAT exempt. This will automatically be calculated upon checkout. Please be aware if you are importing this watch into a country outside of the EU, you will have to pay the relevant VAT rate and import duties and taxes for your country upon import into your country.
Option 2: You can purchase an item from our Duty Paid Store: This store is priced in US Dollars and the prices you see are the final prices for purchasing these watches and importing them into any country outside of the European Union.
Returns
At Unusual Watches we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. However, we understand that you may occasionally want to return items to us. In this event, items can be returned direct to Unusual Watches within 28 days.
When returning items to Unusual Watches, the item(s) must be in its original packaging and unused. On receipt of the returned item, you will be refunded in full. For your benefit and security in the event of a return we recommend sending the goods back to Unusual Watches by a shipping method that can be tracked. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit. Please make sure to obtain a receipt from your delivery company as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost in transit. We will not be able to reimburse you for the cost of returning the item.

The 28 day return policy is only valid for purchases made online or via the telephone from www.unusualwatches.com. If you have purchased a watch featured in our shop from another stockist, you must refer to their individual return policies. |
