What payment methods do you accept?
Our payments are securely processed through Barclaycard
Business. The cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron. We also a PayPal
Verified Merchant and accept
payments via PayPal. We can also accept bank transfers and
cheques.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can ship to most international countries. Some of
our ranges have delivery restrictions, but these are
detailed on the relevant pages.
What are your shipping charges and delivery times?
UK Orders:
Free Shipping - Delivery 1-4 working days. Royal
Mail Special Delivery.
International orders:
Shipping outside of the UK: +10.00 / $15.00
Free Shipping on orders over £200 / $300
2-6 Working
Days FedEx or Royal Mail AirSure.
Do
I have to pay VAT or Import duties and taxes?
Items purchased within the EU:
All items purchased from countries within the EU will be
subject to the UK VAT rate of 17.5%. The VAT is included in
the purchase price. There will not be any additional import taxes to pay on items
shipped within the EU.
Items purchased from outside of the EU:
There are two options if you are based outside of the EU and
wish to purchase an item:
Option 1.
You can purchase an item through our
Duty Free Store: All items purchased
from countries outside of the EU are VAT exempt. This will
automatically be calculated upon checkout. Please be aware
if you are importing this watch into a country outside of
the EU, you will have to pay the relevant VAT rate and
import duties and taxes for your
country upon import into your country.
Option 2:
You can purchase an item from our
Duty Paid Store: This
store is priced in US Dollars and the prices you see are the
final prices
for purchasing these
watches and importing them into any country outside of the European
Union.
Are you an authorised dealer?
Yes, we are authorised dealers of all watches we sell.
Are the watches in your shop guaranteed?
Yes. All watches in our shop have an international
manufacturer's guarantee
of 1-2 years. The guarantee is valid from date of purchase.
Are the watches new?
Yes. All watches in our shop are new.
Are the watches authentic?
Yes. All watches in our shop are authentic.
If
I am an international customer and there is a problem with
my watch, what should I do?
You should contact us to advise us of the nature of the
problem and we will then either request that you send it
back to us for repair or direct you to an alternative repair
outlet.
If
I am a UK customer and there is a problem with my watch,
what should I do?
We
will request that you send the watch back to us for repair.
If
I do not like that watch that I have purchased, can I return
it?
Yes you can. We offer a 28 day refund policy. Please see here

If
you are shipping internationally, can you declare the item
as a gift or for a lesser amount?
No. All items that are shipped will be declared as
commercial goods and at the correct value.
Do
you have an actual shop?
No, we currently only sell online.
